Event Pass Info

We have four different Event passes available for purchase:

VIP Marketplace Pass   $30.00+HST.
This two day event pass allows you to join in our special Friday night VIP Marketplace and shop all day on Saturday. You also receive the VIP "scrap" bag which is filled with product from our sponsors.

Friday Marketplace Pass    $22.50+HST.
This pass allows you entrance to the ScrapFest Marketplace on Friday, April 11th, 2025. You do not receive any type of goodie bag with this pass. It does not include entrance to the Marketplace on Saturday, April 12th. These tickets are limited in number.

Saturday Marketplace Pass    $14.00+HST.
This pass allows you to shop in the ScrapFest Marketplace on Saturday, April 12th, 2025 from 9am - 5pm. You are also able to purchase this pass for $17.00 (including tax) at the event. You do not receive any type of goodie bag with this pass.

ScrapFest Marketplace Hours:

• Friday, April 11th: 3:00pm-4:00pm (Crop participants only)
• Friday, April 11th: 4:00pm-10:00pm (Crop, VIP, Friday Marketplace participants)
• Saturday, April 12th: 9:00am-5:00pm (VIP, Crop, and Saturday Marketplace participants)

ScrapFest Crop    $150.00+HST.
The price of the Crop includes: your VIP pass ($30 value) to the ScrapFest Marketplace for Friday and Saturday, 28 hours of cropping time, a "crop" bag filled with product from our sponsors, and much more!!

When I grow up....I want to be? Ok, we know most of us are adults but let's just have some fun with this theme! Now is the time to dress up as anything you ever wanted to be. Did you want to be a doctor, nurse, teacher, lifeguard, police officer, flight attendant, pilot, chef...maybe a movie star? There are so many possibilities to pick from. Let's see how creative you can get. We just love a reason to get dressed up and the ScrapFest Crop is the place to do it!

ScrapFest Crop Hours:

• Friday, April 11th: 9:00am-Midnight
• Saturday, April 12th: 8:00am-9:00pm

As well, you can purchase Educational classes at an additional cost. A Marketplace pass is not included in the cost of any class and you must have a pass to enter the Marketplace.
