Can you tell me more about CropFest in Grand Bend

CropFest is your Ultimate Creative Getaway! This is an exclusive event for 80 participants who will have the opportunity to crop, shop, learn, create and connect all weekend long at the beautiful Oakwood Resort. So Come Party with Barbie and enjoy a weekend of creative fun.

What is the cost?

The cost is 235.00+HST and this includes 53 hours of cropping time, 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, 2 coffee/tea breaks, contest, games, prizes, a crop goodie bag, and more.

What are the hours of CropFest?

CropFest will begin on Friday, October 3rd, 2025 at 2:00pm close on Sunday, October 5th at 7:00pm. The Crop will be held in the Terrace Ballroom at the Oakwood Resort.

Will there be an on-site store?

Stamplicity from Port Colborne will be our onsite store.
Stamplicity will be open: Friday: 3pm - 9pm; Saturday: 10am – 1pm, 2pm - 6pm; Sunday: 10am - 3pm. Please note that these hours are subject to change

What size tables will be offered?

CropFest will set up using 8ft rectangular tables, with every participant being provided with 4ft of space.

Can I leave my scrapbooking things in the cropping area overnight?

You are quite welcome to leave your materials/projects and your rolling totes at your seat overnight in the Terrace However, a CropFest representative will not be in the Cropping area throughout the night on Friday or Saturday. We do recommend that you take any expensive/valuable items (eg Cricut) back to your room only as a precaution as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

How do I purchase tickets for CropFest?

On-line registration for the general public is done off the website and opens on Wednesday, June 18th at 8pm ET.

"Registration" will appear under the CropFest in Grand Bend menu on the website. This will bring you to the Registration home page where you can review the CropFest description until registation opens.

Once online registration opens, you will be directed to a secure website and asked to provide your credit card information. ScrapFest uses SQUARE to process your payment. SQUARE accepts VISA, Mastercard and Debit. We will not be accepting cheques as a form of payment.

Can I attend CropFest in Grand Bend just on Saturday?

Sorry, this is not an option as this is a 3 day event.

Will there be Educational classes offered at CropFest in Grand Bend this year?

We will not be offering educational classes. However, Brenda from Stamplicity will be offering make 'n takes throughout the weekend.

Will you be mailing the tickets?

Sorry, tickets will not be mailed prior to the event. All tickets will be available for pick-up at the Registration table when you arrive.

What if there are no spots available for CropFest?

There will be a "WAITING LIST" option where you can add your name. Once the Wait List is full, then the event is SOLD OUT and we will not be able to accept any more names.

What forms of payment will Stamplicity be accepting?

Stamplicity will be accepting: cash/debit/credit card. There is an ATM machine located in the main lobby.

Does the Oakwood Resort have bedrooms available for participants?

The Oakwood Resort has a block of rooms set aside under "CropFest". The rate is $119.00 per room/per night based on double occupancy. Please call the Oakwood directly at 519-238-2324 or 1-800-387-2324 to reserve your room and receive the CropFest rate. Do not book your accommodations online. You will be required to leave a $150 deposit at the time of booking. This block of rooms will be held until September 5th, 2025.

What other amenities does the Oakwood offer?

Besides being the ultimate getaway by the lake, the Oakwood offers an on-site restaurant, indoor pool, sauna, and 9 hole golf course!

How much does parking cost?

Parking is FREE!

Are Meals included with my CropFest Registration?

CropFest will be providing coffee and tea on both Friday and Saturday evening, a full breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sunday morning, and lunch on Saturday. However, you are responsible for all other meals.

What if I have pre-ordered tickets and can't make it to the event?

All event tickets are non-refundable after your order has been confirmed. However, if we are able to fill your spot, we will refund your registration, however there will be a $10.00 administration fee applied to this transaction. Please see our Purchase Policy for further details.
