Event Pass Info

We have four different Event passes available for purchase:

VIP Marketplace Pass   $30.00+HST.
This two day event pass allows you to join in our special Friday night VIP Marketplace and shop all day on Saturday. You also receive the VIP "scrap" bag which is filled with product from our sponsors.

Friday Marketplace Pass    $22.50+HST.
This pass allows you entrance to the ScrapFest Marketplace on Friday, April 17th, 2026. You do not receive any type of goodie bag with this pass. It does not include entrance to the Marketplace on Saturday, April 18th. These tickets are limited in number.

Saturday Marketplace Pass    $15.00+HST (online).
This pass allows you to shop in the ScrapFest Marketplace on Saturday, April 18th, 2026 from 9am - 5pm. You are also able to purchase this pass for $20.00 (including tax) at the event. By purchasing online you save 15%. You do not receive any type of goodie bag with this pass.

ScrapFest Marketplace Hours:

• Friday, April 17th: 3:00pm-4:00pm (Crop participants only)
• Friday, April 17th: 4:00pm-10:00pm (Crop, VIP, Friday Marketplace participants)
• Saturday, April 18th: 9:00am-5:00pm (Crop, VIP, and Saturday Marketplace participants)

ScrapFest Crop   $160.00+HST.
The price of the Crop includes: your VIP pass ($30 value) to the ScrapFest Marketplace for Friday and Saturday, 28 hours of cropping time, a "crop" bag filled with product from our sponsors, and much more!!

Join us as we celebrate this incredible community — one moment, one challenge, one game at a time.

ScrapFest Crop Hours:

• Friday, April 17th: 9:00am-Midnight
• Saturday, April 18th: 8:00am-9:00pm

As well, you can purchase Educational classes at an additional cost. A Marketplace pass is not included in the cost of any class and you must have a pass to enter the Marketplace.
