CropFest is Your Ultimate Creative Getaway! This is an exclusive event for 115 participants to have the opportunity to crop, shop, learn, create and connect all weekend long! Here we go again!! Cambridge is going to give Waterloo a run for its money! Calling all dancing queens...take a chance on us and join us at our Mamma Mia CropFest!

The cost is $265.00+HST and this includes 53 hours of cropping time, cupcakes on Friday night, coffee and tea on both Friday and Saturday evening, a morning snack break on Saturday, lunch on Saturday, an afternoon snack break on Sunday, contests, games, prizes, a crop goodie bag!

CropFest will begin on Friday, November 7th, 2025 at 2:00pm and finish on Sunday, November 9th at 7:00pm. The Crop will be held in the Sussex Ballroom at the Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre.

Stamplicity from Port Colborne will be our onsite store.
Stamplicity will be open: Friday: 3pm - 9pm; Saturday: 10am – 1pm, 2pm - 6pm; Sunday: 10am - 3pm. Please note that these hours are subject to change.

CropFest will set up 8ft rectangular tables, with every participant being given 4ft of space.

You are quite welcome to leave your materials/projects and your rolling totes at your seat overnight in the Cropping area. However, a CropFest representative will not be in the Cropping area throughout the night on Friday or Saturday. We do recommend that you take any expensive/valuable items (eg Cricut) back to your room only as a precaution as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

On-line registration is done off the website and opens on Wednesday, August 13th at 4pm ET.

"Registration" will appear under the CropFest in Cambridge menu on the website. This will bring you to the Registration home page where you can review the CropFest description until registation opens.

Once online registration opens, you will be directed to a secure website and asked to provide your credit card information. ScrapFest uses SQUARE to process your payment. SQUARE accepts VISA, Mastercard and Debit. We will not be accepting cheques as a form of payment.

Sorry, this is not an option as this is a 3 day event.

Educational classes will not be offered, however, Brenda from Stamplicity will be offering make 'n takes throughout the weekend.

Tickets will not be mailed prior to the event. All tickets will be available for pick-up at the CropFest Registration table when you arrive.

There will be a "WAITING LIST" option where you can add your name. Once the Wait List is full, then the event is SOLD OUT and we will not be able to accept any more names.

Stamplicity will be accepting: cash/debit/credit card at CropFest. There is an ATM machine located in the hotel.

The Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre is offering a special "CropFest/ScrapFest Crop 2025" rate of $124.00 based on single or double occupancy for participants attending CropFest in Cambridge. This rate includes a hot breakfast buffet for two! Additonal people in the room will be charged an extra $15/person.

Yes, the Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre is a wheelchair accessible facility.

Parking is FREE!

CropFest will be providing cupcakes on Friday evening, coffee and tea on both Friday and Saturday evening, a morning snack break on Saturday, lunch on Saturday, and an afternoon snack break on Sunday. If you choose to stay at the Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre, breakfast is included in the cost of your room. However, you are responsible for all other meals.

Before submitting your order please review your selections. All event tickets are non-refundable after your order has been confirmed. If you do request a refund there will be a $10.00 administration fee applied to this transaction. Please see our Purchase Policy for further details.
