What is an Early Bird Rate (EBR) for all ScrapFest Marketplace passes?
ScrapFest will be offering an Early Bird Rate for those people who want to save some money register early!
Early Bird on-line registration opens Tuesday, October 29th at 8pm. The Early Bird Rate will be available until Sunday, December 1st at 5:00am
after which time the prices for all Marketplace passes will
go up and remain in effect until the actual event in April 2025.
What is the difference between the VIP, Crop, Friday, and Saturday Marketplace Passes?
VIP Marketplace Pass: EBR $25.00+HST. On December 1st the price will be $30.00+HST. This is a two day event pass that allows access to the Friday night VIP Marketplace and Saturday Marketplace. You also receive the VIP "scrap" bag which is filled with product from our sponsors.
ScrapFest Crop: EBR $135.00+HST. On December 1st the price will be $150.00+HST The price of the Crop includes: your VIP pass to the ScrapFest Marketplace (both Friday and Saturday), 28 hours of cropping time in our crop arena, a "crop" bag filled with product from our sponsors, scheduled contests, giveaways, and more!!!
Friday Marketplace Pass: EBR $20.00+HST. This pass allows you entrance to the ScrapFest Marketplace only on Friday, April 11th, 2025. You do not receive any type of goodie bag with this pass. It does not include entrance to the Marketplace on Saturday, April 12th.
>Saturday Marketplace Pass: EBR $12.00+HST. On December 1st the price will be $14.00+HST. You are also able to purchase this pass for $17.00 (includes HST) at the event. This allows you to shop in the ScrapFest Marketplace on Saturday, April 12th, 2025 from 9am - 5pm. You do not receive any type of goodie bag with this pass.
As well, you can purchase educational classes at an additional cost. A Marketplace pass is not included in the cost of any class and you must have a pass to enter the Marketplace.

What are the hours of the ScrapFest Crop?

The Early Bird rate for the ScrapFest Crop is $135.00+HST. On December 1st, the cost for the Crop will increase to $150.00+HST. This cost includes a 2 day Marketplace pass. Croppers may pick up their tickets at the Registration desk on Friday, April 11th starting at 8:30am.
The Marketplace will open at 3:00pm on Friday, April 11th, 2025 for
Croppers only.
What size tables are being used for the ScrapFest Crop?
The ScrapFest Crop will be setup using 8ft rectangular tables. Every participant will be provided 4ft of space. The Crop will be held in the Kinsmen Arena.
I am attending the ScrapFest Crop. Can I leave my scrapbooking things in the cropping arena?
You are quite welcome to leave your materials/projects and your rolling totes at your seat overnight in the Cropping Arena. ScrapFest does provide security throughout the day and overnight. However, we do recommend that you take any expensive/valuable items (eg Cricut) home with you on Friday night as ScrapFest Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Is there free Wi-Fi available in the cropping area?
Yes, croppers will have access to free Wi-Fi.
How do I purchase tickets for ScrapFest in Kitchener?
On-line registration for ScrapFest in Kitchener 2025 is available here on the website under the "Registration" tab. Early Bird registration opens Tuesday, October 29th at 8pm!
Here, you will be able to review descriptions for ScrapFest Marketplace passes.
Once registration opens, these items can be purchased by putting the product
into your shopping cart. The Early Bird Rate will be available until Sunday, December 1st at 5:00am
after which time the prices for all Marketplace passes will
go up and remain in effect until the actual event in April 2025.
ScrapFest uses SQUARE to process your payment. This is a safe and secure payment system. With SQUARE you can make your payment using a
VISA, Mastercard, or VISA debit card. We will not be accepting cheques for ScrapFest in Kitchener.
Is it possible to purchase more than 1 ticket of a particular item at a time?
Yes, you are able to purchase more than 1 ticket of a particular item at a time. When you place your item into your shopping cart, just enter the quantity you wish to purchase and "Add To Cart".
Will you be mailing the tickets?
Tickets will not be mailed prior to the event. All tickets will be available for pick-up at the Registration table at the AUD beginning on Friday, April 12th, 2024.
ScrapFest Croppers and participants attending the Friday morning class can pick their tickets up starting at 8:30am. All other participants may pick up their tickets beginning at 11:30am on Friday.
Can I purchase a Saturday Marketplace pass at the door on Saturday, April 12th?
Yes, Saturday Marketplace passes will be available to purchase at the door at the event. You can also purchase a Saturday Marketplace pass through online registration.
What should I do if the item (ScrapFest Crop, VIP, or a class) I am interested in has no available tickets?
There is a "WAITING LIST" for you to add your name to once a product is filled. Please note: ScrapFest is not able to guarantee the availability of this product.
If there is a "SOLD OUT" button on a product, this indicates that the waiting list for this product is full and we are not able to accept any more names.
Is group pricing available for large groups/bus tours that wish to attend ScrapFest?
Group pricing is available for Saturday Marketplace passes.

What forms of payment are accepted in the ScrapFest Marketplace?
Exhibitors accept cash and the majority of exhibitors also accept credit card and debit. Please check with them to see what they accept.
Is there a cost for Make 'n Takes in the ScrapFest Marketplace?
Most exhibitors that offer a make 'n take will do so at no charge. However, some exhibitors may choose to charge a small nominal fee and/or require signing up in advance for their make 'n take.
Does the ScrapFest Marketplace pass allow in and out privileges?
Yes, all passes allow you to come and go as you please for that day.
Is ScrapFest in Kitchener wheelchair accessible?
ScrapFest in Kitchener is held at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium Complex (AUD) which is a wheelchair accessible venue.

Can children attend ScrapFest?
Children of all ages may come to the Marketplace. Out of consideration for other scrapbookers, we request no children under the age of 13 in the Crop or any classes.
What is the cost for children to attend ScrapFest?
Children 10 and under receive free admittance to ScrapFest's Marketplace ONLY on Saturday, April 12th, 2025. Due to the limited number of VIP and Friday Marketplace tickets, children that wish to attend ScrapFest on Friday evening must pay full price.
How much does parking cost?
Is there a food concession on site?
Yes, there will be a food concession and food trucks available on-site.
What if I have pre-ordered tickets and can't make it to the event?
Before submitting your order please review your selections. All event tickets are non-refundable after your order has been confirmed. Changes may be made to your event selections up to Friday, April 4th, 2025. Please see the Purchase Policy in the Shopping Cart for further details.
What if I miss my class at ScrapFest in Kitchener?
If you miss your class at ScrapFest, your kit will be set aside for you. You can either ask a friend to pick up your kit at the event or make arrangements with Lisa to pick up your class kit at the ScrapFest office in Newmarket. We will not be shipping your kit directly to you. You can contact Lisa at

What does a Basic Tool Kit consist of?
A Basic Tool Kit consists of a 12"x 12" personal trimmer, favourite pair of straight-edge, micro-tip scissors, favourite adhesives- both wet and dry, 3D foam adhesive "pop dots", black and brown ink, black archival journaling pen, paper piercer and mat, regular hole punch, ruler, pencil, eraser
What happens if the event is cancelled?
In the event that the Province of Ontario, a Public Health department, or
municipality cancels public events in the future, all ScrapFest Inc. purchases will be credited towards a future event for a limited time.
