CropFest is "Your Ultimate Creative Getaway!" This is an exclusive event for participants to crop for the weekend and get away for some creative fun!! You will have the opportunity to crop continuously for 48 hours, as well as take part in contests, games, make n' takes and more at our themed Crop.

The cost of CropFest in Cambridge is $195.00+HST. Our on-site store will be Stamplicity who will be offering a wide selection of product. So come Crop, Shop, Learn, Create and Connect with us at CropFest in Cambridge!

CropFest will begin on Friday, November 3rd, 2023 at 4:00pm and run continuously until Sunday, November 5th at 4:00pm

However, there will be no CropFest representative on duty from midnight on Friday until 9:00am on Saturday as well as from midnight on Saturday until 9:00am on Sunday.

CropFest will set up 8ft rectangular tables, with every participant being given 4ft of space. The Crop will be held in the Sussex Ballroom at the Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre.

You are quite welcome to leave your materials/projects and your rolling totes at your seat overnight in the Cropping area. However, a ScrapFest representative will not be in the Cropping area throughout the night on Friday or Saturday. We do recommend that you take any expensive/valuable items (eg Cricut) back to your room only as a precaution as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

On-line registration for CropFest in Cambridge 2023 is done off the website and opens on Tuesday, August 29th at 8pm ET.

"Registration" will appear under the CropFest in Cambridge 2023 menu on the website. This will bring you to the Registration home page where you can review the CropFest description until registation opens.

Once online registration opens, you will be directed to a secure website and asked to provide your credit card information. ScrapFest uses SQUARE to process your payment. SQUARE accepts the following types of payment: VISA, Mastercard and Debit. We will not be accepting cheques as a form of payment for CropFest in Cambridge.

Due to the limited number of spots available for CropFest in Cambridge, we will not be offering a separate ticket to attend CropFest just on Saturday.

We will be not offering Educational classes at CropFest in Cambridge this year. However, Brenda from Stamplicity will be offering make 'n takes throughout the weekend for participants that are interested.

Sorry, tickets will not be mailed prior to the event. All tickets will be available for pick-up at the CropFest Registration table when you arrive.

If there is a "WAITING LIST" button on a product, that means that there are no spots currently available for this product, however, you can put yourself on the waiting list in case a spot becomes available. Please note: ScrapFest is not able to guarantee the availability of this product.

If there is a "SOLD OUT" button on a product, this indicates that the waiting list for this product is full and we are not able to accept any more names.

Stamplicity will be accepting: cash/debit/credit card at CropFest. There is an ATM machine located in the hotel.

The Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre is offering a special "CropFest/ScrapFest Crop 2023" rate of $114.00 based on single or double occupancy for participants attending CropFest in Cambridge. This rate includes a complete hot breakfast buffet for two! Additonal people in the room will be charged an extra $10/person.

Yes, the Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre is a wheelchair accessible facility.

Parking is FREE!

CropFest will be providing cupcakes on Friday evening, coffee and tea on both Friday and Saturday evening, lunch on Saturday, a morning and afternoon snack break on Saturday, and a coffee/snack break on Sunday. If you choose to stay at the Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre, breakfast is included in the cost of your room. However, you are responsible for all other meals.
