Karina Clark

A Runner, Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Triathlete, and a Registered Yoga Teacher. Karina's passion for movement has taken her to the national and international stage; representing Canada four times at the World Triathlon Championships.

"Yoga has changed my life. Suffering from chronic back pain for years, I decided to try yoga about 10 years ago. Not only did it heal my pain, but it made me a faster runner. When we start practicing yoga and meditation, we invite change into our life. The changes are subtle and occur slowly. But once they start, you will find yourself questioning the way you react and act, and you'll be inspired to live your life more authentically and true to who you really want to be."
